Shipping & Delivery
For orders placed before 1pm we aim deliver to you next day before 4pm if the item is in stock. As we use a courier service for all our deliveries we would ask that the delivery address you give us will have someone in attendance to sign for your order. For deliveries outside UK mainland, including Scottish highlands, please contact us for a delivery cost or it could affect your delivery time. We are also happy to export our Caterham products worldwide, contact us for further details.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy.  When you make an online order, we need to know your name, email address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details.  This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status.  We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods.  You have trusted us by giving us these details and we promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about our products and services.  We will not pass any of your details on to third party for profit or otherwise.
Returns & Replacements             
  • When you return a Product to us:
    1. because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.  In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you.  However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
    2. for any other reason (for instance, because have notified us in accordance with clause 21 that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.  Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
  • We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
